RETURN POLICY

You may return most purchases within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, under the following guidelines:

  • All returns must first be approved by an authorized Flywheels Powersports employee and can be refused for any reason.

  • All products must be returned unused, with all original parts/materials, in original packaging, and have a serial number or UPC.

  • Equipment powered by an engine cannot be returned after gas or oil have been put into the gas tank or engine

  • Electrical parts cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Your refund/exchange will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days of our receipt and confirmation of all materials of the returned item.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded. If applicable, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  • Items too large to ship UPS must be returned freight prepaid.

  • Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees may be waived if the item is exchanged for another item.

  • Requests for exchange are subject to the availability of the item requested. Many of our best deals have limited stock available, and similar items varying only in size or color may be sold out by the time your return is received and processed.

  • Returned merchandise to be shipped will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number and receive specific instructions on how to return your item, please call us at 402-502-6516.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Gift Cards are not refundable.

  • Special Order Items are not returnable unless approved by a Flywheels Powersports employee. Special order returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

ALL USED UNITS AND PARTS ARE SOLD AS-IS. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

  • Conducted by another dealer must be negotiated directly with Flywheels Powersports if transferring the warranty claim.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Any exception to the return rules above

  • Opened or used items

  • Missing their serial number or UPC

  • Special orders (returned at our discretion) – subject to a 40% restocking fee

  • Returned more than 14 days after purchase

  • Returned without notification

  • Services unless approved by a Flywheels Powersports

  • Clothing items

  • Sale Priced items

  • Gift Cards

  • Sales Tax, Shipping charges, and other special fees

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@flywheelspowersports.com.

Warranty

  • All warranty registrations, including extended warranties, will be submitted to the manufacturer by Flywheels Powersports upon purchase.

  • Warranty claims will be processed on all products fully assembled, serviced, and tested by Flywheels Powersports before delivery. Warranty claims on equipment purchased outside of Flywheels Powersports will be individually managed but may be denied. If denied, all services, parts, and other costs are billable.

  • Warranty service is available through Flywheels Powersports. Warranty repairs
